You are responsible for all marketing and advertising, open houses, taking phone calls, and showing your own property. You will be managing your own home transaction from start to finish.

2. Lock box rental to be used for homes on the MLS. Allows Realtors access to show your home - $ 15
3. Data sheet box rental which attaches to your yard sign for simple access to your home data sheets- $ 10
4. Open House sign rental must be returned within 48 hours- $10
5. "Featured Home of the Week"- We will place a picture of your home and brief description, along with price, address, and your contact number in the newspaper. Only one home per newspaper per week allowed, so your home really gets noticed! You may choose from most local papers including Beaver Dam (Monday only), Mayville, Horicon, Waupun, Watertown, and others. Some day restrictions do apply. - $30 per feature.
6. Home Warranty Plan- We will arrange coverage by a nationally known home warranty company. This program is designed to provide coverage on your home's mechanical systems and appliances and can be used as an attractive feature to potential home buyers. $399.
